Check with your provider to see if this is covered. You will need to pay for your appointment in full and claim it back through your insurer.

A 60 minute initial appointment is $200 and a 30 minute follow-up appointment is $110.

We usually have appointments on Thursdays and Fridays. However, some weeks there are other days and times available.

We have both evening and day time appointments.
